Phillip came over to us and apologized and AMAZINGLY found a room for us! He instructed Gambino to go a head complete our reservation! I have worked in Customer Service over 40 years, and know that as a Customer or Patron we should have NEVER been treated that way. We had made Reservations 2 weeks prior and were informed at Check In that our Reservations were Cancelled because we were supposed to check in on MONDAY July 8th! We were speechless, we had Family coming in and no idea this had happened! The reservation Desk said an Email was sent, but when we Never got an email it was discovered THEY had send it to the WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS! The Reservation Desk Employee, GAMBINO, was so Rude and disrespectful to myself and my husband, He said there were NO ROOMS available, so We asked for a Manager and Very Reluctantly Gambino walked over to a Manager.
